We carry out projects as per design of the Consulting Engineer contracted by the client. The possible shortcomings are if the Engineer’s design is incorrect. However the contracts we enter into do not make us liable for poor designs – The client’s Project Manager takes responsibility for that;

We hire construction machinery and plant. That increases our cost of production and adversely affects our profitability. Which is why we will be embarking on investing on machinery and assets within the next year; and

We guarantee our work through assuring the client that we will re-work if the cause of defect was our fault.
